Every two years, persons with their real estate licenses are required to take four 3-hour Continuing Education classes. You need to take two MANDATORY 3-hour classes titled "Connecticut Disclosure, RESPA, & Law Update" and "Connecticut Buyer Agency".

The last 6 hours of CE coursework are electives you can choose. We offer plenty of Online versions of these courses (which you can view by clicking HERE), but also hold classes on-site. The following is a list of the on-site classes we offer and their scheduled times.
