Every two years, persons with their real estate licenses are required to take four 3-hour Continuing Education classes. You need to take two MANDATORY 3-hour classes titled "Current Issues in Real Estate" 1 and 2.

The last 6 hours of CE coursework are electives you can choose. We offer plenty of Online versions of these courses (which you can view by clicking HERE), but also hold classes on-site. The following is a list of the on-site classes we offer and their scheduled times.

All On-Site Classes are held at 157 South Orchard Street, Suite 2, Wallingford, CT 06492, unless otherwise specified. Our facility is spacious, air conditioned, and is easily accessible from major highways in CT.
